This delicate lotus flower is hand-sculpted from recycled tumbled glass, each petal and leaf carefully shaped and colored with alcohol ink to create soft, translucent layers of blush pink, soft green, and warm golden centers. The result is a luminous, three-dimensional bloom that catches the light like water on a still pond.
Every piece is unique.
The recycled glass carries subtle variations in texture and hue—echoes of its previous life—while the alcohol ink adds delicate washes of color that shift gently depending on the light. Mounted in a clean shadow-box frame, the lotus sits against a soft neutral fabric background, ready to hang and bring a quiet sense of calm to any space.
In many traditions the lotus is a powerful symbol: it roots itself in the mud, rises through the water, and opens its pure petals to the sun—untouched by the muck below. It speaks of resilience, rebirth, and the beauty that can emerge even from difficult places. This little glass lotus is a daily reminder of that quiet strength.
